ABOUT JAMES O’KEEFE
James O’Keefe is one of the most recognizable investigative journalists in America. He rose to national prominence in 2009 with his undercover ACORN investigation, founded Project Veritas and led it for over a decade, and in 2023 launched O’Keefe Media Group.
His work has prompted new legislation, federal and state investigations, and congressional inquiries, and he has testified before the U.S. Senate.
He is the author of three books, including the New York Times bestseller Breakthrough and the USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller American Muckraker.
ABOUT THE BOOK
American Muckraker: Rethinking Journalism for the 21st Century is a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller.
Drawing on more than a decade of undercover reporting and philosophical research, the book explores the tactics, legal battles, personal costs, and principles behind investigative journalism in the video age.
If you have ever wondered how these investigations actually come together, or what it costs the people who run them, this is the book.
