Welcome to An Hour of Vibrational and Reiki Healing!

Spend an hour discovering the healing benefits of sound therapy and Reiki (Japanese energy healing) resulting in relaxation and rejuvenation. Tina McDonald of The Agape House and Moyra Gorski, RN, BSN are pleased to provide 30 minute back-to-back sessions (1 hour total) of Tuning Fork Sound Therapy and Reiki Healing.

In a Tuning Fork Sound Therapy session you can expect deep relaxation during the sound session. You may experience tingling or warmth or heat over an area. But mostly relaxing during the session. Sound therapy works on the basis that everything has its own vibratory rate or frequency. This includes your cells, organs, and bones. Sometimes these frequencies become out of harmony, which result in various ailments.

Sound therapy, through the use of tuning forks, harmonizes your cells, organs and bones. Harmonized frequencies reduce your symptoms, and speed up your healing process.

In a Reiki session, there are numerous feelings and sensations you may experience, however at a minimum you should feel relaxed and at peace.

While receiving Reiki you could experience a number of potential sensations.

You may experience:

• Relaxation and peace
• Re-surfacing of blocked energy
• You may be slightly emotional (in rare cases)
• You may feel sensations of heat or cold
• You could experience slight pins and needles
• You may feel energy flowing through your body
• …and many other potential experiences.

What you feel depends upon many factors. Such as how relaxed you are. How sensitive to energy you are. How open you are to healing in general.

It's always best to just be relaxed and go to a session with no expectation of what may happen. And just relax and enjoy the experience.

11:30 am - 12:30 pm

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Moyra Gorski, RN, BSN bio: I am a Wellness advocate and Entrepreneur. She empowers women to embrace vibrant health and be ok with who they were created to be. She believes we can live with joy when we create health habits and self care practices. Her passions are healing through nutrition, movement, journaling and sound. Tina McDonald bio: I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Conversations with Source online group channeling event.
