COUNT DOWN TO CHRISTMAS with the Nine Mile Babies on their first snowy adventure! The picture book concludes with a simple quiz to help teachers and caregivers encourage engagement and comprehension in new readers.

The Grandma, What’s That? series follows a grandmother and her grandchildren, the Nine Mile Babies, as they explore new places and cultures. Through fun, educational stories, it promotes diversity, cultural pride, and awareness, while celebrating the wisdom shared across generations. Designed for children ages 0–7, it invites young readers around the world to discover the rich heritage of the Caribbean and Africa together.

About The Author

PRINCESS BOOKER is an author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist best known as the creator of the children’s brand Nine Mile Babies. The granddaughter of Cedella Marley Booker and niece of Bob Marley, she continues her family’s legacy of culture and creativity. Of Jamaican and Bajan heritage, Booker was inspired by childhood visits to Nine Mile, Jamaica, with her grandmother—experiences that sparked the spirit behind Grandma, What’s That? Her children’s book series celebrates diversity, cultural education, and representation.

The CEO of Nine Mile Clothing and a Grammy Award–nominee, Booker champions cultural pride and empowerment through storytelling, fashion, and philanthropy—honoring the strong women and lived experiences that shaped her journey.
