In 2018 India Sturgis was a succesful journalist when she experienced anxiety so crippling she had to be hospitalised. As a response to that, she has produced a book which has garnered rave reviews. It is a very personal look at the way she has dealt with anxiety and also an intelligent and balanced examination of the multitude of ways to treat it from medication to a plethora of therapies.
