Eli Harwood is a licensed therapist, bestselling author, and highly sought-after educator with over 19 years of experience helping people process relational traumas and develop secure connections with their children. First-generation Indian American, Dr. Mona Aminearned her psychobiology degree from UCLA and received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from ATSU-SOMA. She completed her pediatric residency at Bernard and Millie Duker Children’s Hospital and has practiced pediatrics since 2015. She's been a certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) since 2021. Dr. Mona is passionate about sharing practical, relatable guidance to help parents raise children with healthy relationships to food, body image, sleep, and emotional well-being.
