An Evening of Sound Healing at Water’s Edge
Sacred Sound at Water’s Edge
An Evening of Sound Healing
Join Shannon Rivest of Hawthorn Healing for a deeply restorative evening of sound, stillness, and gentle reflection inside the beautiful Water’s Edge Event Centre in Windsor.
Originally built as a church in 1907, Water’s Edge offers a truly special setting for this immersive experience. Its soaring vaulted ceiling, graceful columns, stained-glass windows, and preserved historic details create an atmosphere that feels peaceful, spacious, and awe-inspiring.
The architecture also allows sound to travel and resonate throughout the room. The tones of the crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments will expand through the space, surrounding guests in layers of vibration and gentle resonance.
This experience is designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, settle into your body, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.
The evening will begin with a short grounding meditation and intention setting, followed by a 45 minute sound healing journey featuring 17 frosted crystal singing bowls and a variety of additional healing instruments. The session will conclude with a period of quiet integration, allowing time for the frequencies to settle before you gently return to your evening.
No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is required. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest and receive.
