This sacred gathering weaves together the grounding presence of Yin-Yang Flow, the power of intention setting and Yoga Nidra, and the healing resonance of live sitar and sound.We will begin by gently awakening the body with a slow and intentional Yin-Yang practice, designed to harmonize movement and stillness while supporting the natural inward pull of winter. From this softened space, we’ll drop into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for deep rest and inner alignment—led by Melissa Carey.
