Get ready for a spectacular night of homegrown talent! Gold Rook Events invites you to an unforgettable evening of original live music on Thursday 23rd July. RAP is pleased to be supporting Gold Rook again with ticket sales and our now infamous wine selection at the bar.
We are thrilled that two of the region’s most exciting rising singer-songwriters will take to the stage for a night of honest lyrics, infectious hooks, and powerful live performances.
Hailing from right here in Sussex, ASH DODD is a self-proclaimed “awkward 21-year-old” singer-songwriter who wears his heart firmly on his sleeve. Inspired by Noah Kahan, Sam Fender, and Boygenius, Ash writes deeply empathetic, story-led songs about love, mental health, and the modern world. Following a sold-out headline show at The Forum in Tunbridge Wells and the release of his debut EP, *Songs That Make My Friends Cry*, Ash is bringing his raw, emotional sound to Robertsbridge ahead of recording his 2026 debut album.
Acoustic pop singer-songwriter ANOUSKA ASSISI brings a unique, captivating energy to the stage. Drawing inspiration from pop icons like Ed Sheeran and KT Tunstall, Anouska is a master of the loop station. Watch in awe as she transforms a single guitar strum into a full-sounding production in minutes using just her voice, guitar, and pedals. Expect catchy hooks, thoughtful lyrics, and an honest sound that’s impossible not to connect with.
