Bri’s Lodge, a program of What Would Bri Do, was created in memory of BriAnna Kruzel, a kindhearted and compassionate young woman who passed away unexpectedly at just 18 years old in 2013. BriAnna was known for her infectious smile and generous spirit, always giving her time to others. She was deeply involved in Girl Scouts, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Sartell Community Ed Dance Program. She was honored as the High School Big Sister of the Year and received the Youth Appreciation Award from the St. Cloud Optimist Club for her dedication to helping others. BriAnna’s family — her parents, Randy and Tami, and brothers Josh and Brandon — continue her legacy of giving back through the creation of What Would Bri Do. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to support grieving individuals, nurture their healing, and bring hope for the future.
Located in Waite Park, Bri’s Lodge provides one-on-one grief companioning, support groups, and other programs such as Horses Healing Hearts, Healing Touch, and Healing Through the Five Senses workshops. These offerings provide individuals and families a safe space to heal, connect, and find comfort after loss. Our vision is to build a lodge in Central Minnesota — a peaceful retreat center where no one grieves alone.
Your attendance and support help us continue providing these vital programs and move closer to creating a dedicated retreat space. Please join us for this meaningful evening. For sponsorship opportunities or to donate silent auction items, we would be grateful for your involvement — please reach out to learn more.
If you can’t attend, you can still support by donating online or mailing a check to Bri’s Lodge, 406 Great Oak Drive, Waite Park, MN 56387.
Together, we can stack the deck in favor of healing and deal hope to those who need it most — keeping BriAnna’s bright and compassionate spirit alive in all we do.
