This exclusive evening features a hand-selected collection of unique and hard-to-find Canadian wines, discoveries that showcase the character, creativity, and growing sophistication of vineyards across the country. The tasting has been assembled by David Lawrason, Canadian wine expert and national writer, whose knowledge and passion for Canada’s wine story make this a truly special opportunity. He has been one of Canada’s best-known wine writers, reviewers, educators and judges for more than 35 years. A former wine columnist for The Globe and Mail and Toronto Life, he founded Wine Access magazine, co-founded the National Wine Awards of Canada in 2001, and is now a principal critic with WineAlign and publisher of Lawrason's Guide to Canada's Best Wines
A passionate champion of Canadian wine, David has devoted much of his career to discovering, tracking, evaluating and promoting the country’s finest wines and emerging regions.
