This May, Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga is proud to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month with a special community event at Saratoga Arts.As part of the Horses for Mental Health Campaign, we are honored to join organizations across the country in raising awareness for the importance of mental health and the many ways healing can take shape.
What to Expect
Join us for an interactive and engaging evening that brings together art, storytelling, and shared experiences to highlight mental health in our community.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience:
- A film premiere highlighting the impact of our work
- A live Q&A with Michael McCabe
- Interactive elements and opportunities to connect
- A welcoming space to explore how mental wellness is supported in our community
- Author Melissa Trombetta will also be present for a special book signing, offering another meaningful perspective on mental health and personal experience.
Light refreshments including wine and cheese will be served.

At THS, we see every day how powerful the connection between horses and humans can be in supporting mental health and well-being.
This event brings that mission into the community—creating space for conversation, awareness, and connection during a month dedicated to mental health.
