Presented by EPIC Southcoast, we bring you not one, but two days of free dance events! Join us Friday, March 20th and Saturday, March 21st for an EPIC Community in Motion event!
Move, connect, and dance with your ancestors as powerful video montages bring the history of each dance style to life.
Video curation and production brought to you by Nick Francis
Friday March 20th kicks off at Gallery X- 169 William St with a Balance & Swing Contradance featuring caller Paul Wilde- 6PM. End the evening with Swing dancing with Hot Club Cheese Roll - 8PM
Saturday we have a stacked calendar with all dances taking place at 3rd EyE- 230 Union St- starting with
Cape Verdean dance with Amilton Tavares - 3PM
Followed by Break Dancing with 3rd EyE - 5PM
To spice things up, we have Cajun dancing with Gansett Bay Ceili Band - 7PM
A grand finale at 9PM with the ever popular New Moon Dance Party w/ Andy Anello & Corey Jones - 9PM
This is an event not to be missed , and its 100% free
