As the grand occasion of Women’s Month approaches, it is with the utmost pleasure that I extend an invitation most delightful. In celebration of the remarkable women who have graced the pages of literature, we shall be hosting an afternoon of refined amusement and spirited discourse.
Pray, mark your calendars for the 22nd of March, when we shall partake in a most enchanting tea-time screening of Pride and Prejudice (2005)—an event that promises to be the crowning jewel of the season. To ensure your place at this distinguished gathering, do RSVP posthaste and bring forth your dearest companions. For those who do so, a delightful watercolor kit shall await, though walk-ins, while welcomed, may find such treasures in limited supply.
No such affair would be complete without the pleasures of the table, and thus, an assortment of fine sandwiches, delicate confections, and the most restorative of teas shall be made available to our honored guests.
A donation of $20 is most humbly requested to aid in the orchestration of this gathering, and contributions may be offered in person or through other means soon to be revealed.
As for attire, one must only don what brings them the greatest comfort—whether the grandeur of a ballgown or the ease of more casual garments, all are embraced with equal warmth.
