The Rose City Pride Bands presents “An American Question: Who Gets to Be Heard?”, a joint concert with the Rose City Wind Symphony and the Rose City Symphonic Band. This program explores America as a living question, and asks who has been heard, who has been silenced, and how sound itself becomes an act of belonging.We invite you to join us for an evening of powerful music and timely reflection on Sunday, April 26th at 3 p.m. at the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts.
