Sophie brings a down to earth approach to her work and is known for her environmental outlook and love of sustainable gardening. She is a great advocate of the importance of gardening in individual and community health and the role it can play in relieving stress in everyday life.
She will present a talk entitled "Saving the World with Gardening", which will be followed by light refreshments.
