An Afternoon of Art & Meditation
About this Event
Join us for a relaxing and creative event to help prepare for the hectic holiday season! You'll experience a soothing meditation and then Barbette, who has been an art therapist and Montessori teacher for 30 years, will lead us in an art project to experience peace and balance. Leave with your own artwork and a calmer mind. Open to ALL adults and teens! Younger children are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian present.
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind. Let's explore the intersection of mindfulness and creativity together. See you there!
