Singer-Songwriter fans! Nashville’s acclaimed folk musician Amy Speace celebrates the release of her new solo acoustic record, “The Blue Rock Sessions” with a UK tour. Fans of Gretchen Peters, Judy Collins, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Patty Griffin will love Amy Speace, considered one of the great contemporary folk singers and songwriters. She won “International Song of the Year” from the Americana Music Association UK.
Discovered by Judy Collins, who signed her to her own record label and recorded Amy’s songs, Amy was also part of the folk trio Applewood Road. She has played Glastonbury and Cambridge Folk Festival, and toured the UK with Mott the Hoople’s Ian Hunter and Alejandro Escovedo.
