Clare Cole is a chef and food stylist currently dividing her time between cooking at Towpath in Hackney, hosting supper clubs and working on cook books. She has worked on books for Kitty Coles, Ixta Belfrage and Pasta Grannies among many others. Clare's cooking celebrates seasonal ingredients cooked simply, drawing on Italian influences, this autumnal menu allows produce in its peak to shine through.
