Join us at Dow Diamond’s outlawn on Saturday, July 4, 2026, for a special America’s 250 Celebration in Midland as our community comes together to honor the 250th anniversary of the United States.
From 3:00 to 4:30 PM, guests are invited to experience a meaningful afternoon of music, history, and patriotic celebration. The event will begin with guest arrival and a special Declaration Experience, featuring a large-scale display of the Declaration of Independence. Guests will have the opportunity to view the Declaration, reflect on its significance, and sign their names as part of this commemorative community experience.
The Chemical City Band will help set the tone with a fanfare performance, followed by a historical reading from a featured speaker. The program will continue with a performance of The Star-Spangled Banner, leading into the City of Midland’s Independence Day festivities.
