We're excited to share that Ars Musica Chorale will join the North Jersey Concert Band for a celebration of some of America’s greatest composers.
The centerpiece lies with Howard Hanson’s masterwork, Song of Democracy. Hanson sets Walt Whitman’s poem, of the same name, to rich harmonies that showcase its optimism. Additional works will feature other American genres, including spirituals, folk songs, jazz, and shape-note singing.
