AMC CHOP Presents: Cozy Classics with a Citrus Twist:
Join AMC medical students for a hands-on cooking class featuring cozy St. Patrick’s Day–inspired classics with a fresh, seasonal twist. We’ll prepare vegetarian-friendly dishes rooted in Irish comfort food, using in-season citrus to brighten flavors and balance richer ingredients. This interactive class is designed for all skill levels. We’ll end by sitting down together to enjoy the meal we’ve made as a community.
