Ambitious First Time Home Buyer's Workshop 2025

This workshop is meant for those of you that want to stop paying your landlord's mortgage and start paying your own. Now is a great time to start planning, saving, and thinking about a timeline that is right for you. Even if that timeline is five years from now, we want to give you the information that you need to wrap your head around it all. Beatrix Whipple of The Whipple Group will be presenting the ins and outs of buying your first home. She will break down your situation and give you a better idea of where you stand in the real estate world. We are so happy to be hosting this workshop for the third time at Ambitious Ales in Long Beach, a favorite of ours.
