- Must be a member of St Louis BBQ Society
- Can join the day of competition
- Must cook 3 Meats - Chicken, Steak and Pork
- Competitors Check-in: 7am
- Cash Awards to the winners in each Meat
- Cash Awards to Grand Champion and Reserved Grand Champion
