Poems will be scored by 5 randomly chosen judges from the audience with a score out of 10
Every 30 seconds over is 1 point lost
Heaps of prizes to be one for this one for 1st, 2nd 3rd places
AND first time poets will get a cheeky surprise as well

This Slam will feature the spellbinding Ndicho
Ndicho is a multidisciplinary artist who primarily tells stories through writing, performance and film. For Ndicho, art is evocative, art is introspective and art is tradition. As a BIPOC creative, Ndicho passionately draws on themes of intersectionality, courage and lineage. Ndicho is her great grandfather’s great granddaughter and aims to shine her Light, granting others permission to do the same.
