Start your day at the TOC Conference with a boost of energy! Join us for a scenic morning run around Hamburg's beautiful Alster.

This is a friendly, social run, not a race. We welcome all fitness levels and will start together at Dammtor, maintaining a comfortable pace for everyone (around 6:00-6:30 min/km). We will finish with a well-deserved coffee break at Poldi, where we can enjoy some good coffee and conversation to start the day right.
