Join me by the sea for our seventh season of beach yoga in Alnmouth, welcoming both familiar faces and those joining us for the first time.
These Saturday morning sessions offer space to move, breathe and begin the weekend with clarity. Practising outdoors enhances the meditative quality of yoga. The sound of the waves, open sky and fresh air creating a natural sense of perspective and steadiness.
The class is accessible and carefully guided, with options throughout so both beginners and more experienced students can practise comfortably.
£10 per session
