We have been in this building off and on longer, but our first official ghost hunt was a little over 13 years ago!

The Athenaeum Foundation (home to the Rathskeller) and unseenpress.com, Inc. - Historic Indiana Ghost Walks & Tours bring you an exclusive opportunity to experience, interact and investigate one of the most haunted buildings in Indiana - put your ghost hunting abilities and your psychic sense to the test at the historic Athenaeum!

This is NOT a tour or a teaching moment, but an interactive investigation. Bring your own equipment (it will not be provided). We suggest smartphones (with extra battery pack), ghost hunting apps, cameras, digital voice recorders, dowsing rods, and pendulums. We also suggest bringing a flashlight. We will share some of our experiences and past investigations' experiences, and we'll want to hear from you throughout the night about your experience. We will give a brief tour of the areas to help you find your way around this massive building
In addition to the ghost hunting, Lorenda Carr will be offering tarot readings! Lorenda is offering special rates of $40 for 15 minutes reading. (Part of this fee is donated back to the Athenaeum as well!) In addition, anyone who does a reading with Lorenda the night of the ghost hunt will also receive a 10% discount for a 45 min reading at a later date! She will provide a link/QR code to book time with her.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Investigation includes exclusive access to 13-14 haunted areas and a brief history of the amazing building.
