An invitation to come home to you, to welcome all parts of yourself ‘light’ and ‘shadow’ and to be met with the grace and compassion of your higher self/power (whatever that is for you).A gentle, nurturing, enjoyable afternoon together to soften in presence:

💛‘Emotional Freedom Technique’ (Tapping) to release blocks to receiving grace

This is a lovely opportunity to be introduced to the above practices and modalities in a small group, for complete beginners, as well as those with experience.
This retreat will be in the tranquil yoga studio at Jenna Blair Yoga, 143A Belle Vue Road, Shrewsbury, SY3 7NE
To access Jenna Blair Yoga, turn left down the driveway next to ‘Beauty Boutique’ on Belle Vue Road, just before The Grove Pub. You will find it on the left – number 143A.
There is no parking directly at the venue, there is on street parking on Belle Vue and sur-rounding roads, so allow a little extra time to find a spot.
Light refreshments included.
Everything is provided, just bring some slippers or socks if you wish for your comfort as the studio space is a shoe-free zone.
