🌿 ROOTS: Honor the ancestral wisdom that grounds us, through our community altar. We will use grounding practices through nature with forest bathing, gentle beach yoga, and discovering how to plant your roots. We reconnect with those who came before us and the heritage that shapes our identity.
🔥 RENEWAL: Embrace the healing power of remembrance. This is a time to reflect, let go, and rekindle hope. Through music, movement, meditation, journaling, and detox services, we cleanse the soul and invite fresh energy into our lives.
🎭 REVIVAL: Celebrate life with vibrant expression. From mindful movement and soulful expression (creating sacred shells, sage bundles, and floral bath salts), we awaken joy and creativity in honor of the spirits who walk beside us and guide us on our journey.
Whether you come to celebrate, or to simply be, this immersive experience invites you to journey inward and outward—bridging past and present, grief and gratitude, spirit and self.
*We are asking that you bring a memento, something that reminds you of your loved one to place on our community altar (picture, piece of jewelry, etc.)
*Healthy lite bites and beverages will be available throughout the REVIVAL
