All Night Gong Puja

An immersive overnight sound healing ceremony and Omnom sunshine vegetarian breakfast.

The Gong Puja is a devotional sound ceremony. “Puja” means honour, worship, and reverence, and this unique experience allows you to surrender to the healing vibrations of the gong for a full 7½ hours through the night.

As you drift between wakefulness and dream, the continuous symphony of gongs—played by skilled gong practitioners—creates a cocoon of sound that cleanses, rebalances, and restores. The energy of the Puja space becomes powerfully charged, unlike any ordinary room, vibrating with waves of transformation.

Your sleep may be unlike any you’ve known—some experience vivid visions, emotional release, or a journey through the subconscious. Others fall into deep, rejuvenating rest as the sound gently recalibrates body, mind, and spirit. Every participant receives exactly the healing they need.

When the final gong fades, you’ll awaken to an exquisite stillness Shunyata, a silence so full and alive it hums with the energy of the night’s journey. This sacred half hour of pure silence is a deeply moving close to the Puja, a space to integrate and simply be.

Afterwards, join us for an invigorating OMNOM sunshine breakfast, where we’ll gather in warmth and community to share reflections and insights from the night’s experience.

• Note: Air mattresses are not permitted, as they can create noise and disrupt the collective experience.
