All-Levels Yoga Class at Sacred Waters Kava Bar- [Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew]

We're back again with our friends at Sacred Waters Kava Bar in Lakewood this month! Our certified local instructor will lead an hour-long all-levels yoga class in this cozy space before we check out a select menu of their delicious ethnobotanical teas together.
