Drop-in to our 75-min, all-levels paddle board yoga classes! Taught at a steady, accessible pace, with challenges as appropriate. All Equipment included. No prior experience necessary!

***We require a minimum of 3 SUP Yogis to run public classes. If we have fewer than 3 sign-ups we may be in touch to reschedule.
FAQ: SEAVĀSANĀ classes are hosted in partnership with Portsmouth Paddle Co. What does this mean?
- You will receive links to both SEAVĀSANĀ and Portsmouth Paddle Co. waivers
- All booking and payment processing is through Portsmouth Paddle Co., which is what you will see on your receipt and confirmation emails
- All equipment is provided by Portsmouth Paddle Co., which means you may interact with PPC Guides to receive your gear for class!
