Power Yoga uses the breath to guide each pose through a flowing vinyasa-style practice that incorporates standing postures, hip and shoulder-focused poses, back bends, forward folds and twists. This is an all-levels, well-rounded practice that infuses total-body strengthening with coordination, balance, mobility and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be given to suit every body. The bridge on Meadow Run Road is closed - this only affects those driving through the borough of Ohiopyle. If coming from downtown Ohiopyle, you have two options: Take Dinner Bell Road, make a right on Grover Road then a right on Meadow Run Road. Or take Farmington- Ohiopyle Road (Rt. 381), make a left on Bell Grove Road then a left on Meadow Run Road to get to the church, visible from the intersection.
