All Levels on Line Yoga

This will be an all levels class which means i will show you how to make poses both easier and more dificult.
Best part about on line you classes are you won't be on camera which makes attending my class that much more obtainable woth no excuses.
What you need:

Have a yoga mat, block, and strap. If you don't have a block or strap you can use a book and a belt.
