Ramen thinks yoga should be an integral part of our daily life.  It’s a lifelong journey to reach the goal of becoming a perfect Yogi. In his college days, he was attracted by the philosophy of yogic principles laid by Seers Gheranda and Patanjali which was implemented by Yoga ambassadors like Iyenger, Pattabhi Jois, Bikram in the west. Since 2005, he have been taking yoga classes as a student on a regular basis in the health club and yoga studio in the San Francisco Bay area to learn different styles of yoga Gentle, Flow (Vinyasa) ,Iyenger and Ashtanga under various Yoga Instructors.

In 2018, he finished 200 yours R-YT from Yoga alliance USA and 50 hours of Pranayama training from Vedansha Institute India in 2019. From 2018 onwards he was teaching Flow yoga in the Bay Area Health Club. Yoga has a therapeutic value to keep our body fit and boost our immune system to fight against viruses. In his classes, he introduces dynamic body movement in synchrony with breathing. Another area he also focuses on isyoga with mindfulness. Correct Yoga postures like sitting, standing, bending, twisting can only be attained through mindfulness.
