Hatha Vinyasa Flow with Meera
About this Event
This Hatha Vinyasa Flow class combines both the traditional styles of yoga. This allows students to draw focus to the breath with every movement (Vinyasa) that then gradually leads to intentional holds (Hatha) bringing awareness to all the detailed bio-mechanics of the steady posture. This moving meditation brings discipline to both the physical and mental practice. Designed for all levels, the class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and centeredness woven with learnings of the benefits and yoga philosophy.
About Meera Suresh:
Meera Suresh approaches yoga as both a physical practice and a living philosophy. Her teaching emphasizes building strength, awareness, and clarity while staying connected to yoga’s deeper purpose. In her classes, she weaves together mindful movement, breath, and thoughtfully sequenced postures that invite students to cultivate presence and deepen their practice.
Meera completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in Kerala, India. Her teaching is also deeply influenced by her study of yoga philosophy and more than a decade as a student of Vedanta. She adapts practices to different bodies and experience levels, honoring the belief that yoga is personal and evolves uniquely for each practitioner.
For Meera, yoga is a gift that continues to unfold, supporting her spiritual journey and personal growth both mentally and physically. She hopes to share this evolving practice with her students and create a space where they can explore their own path through yoga.
