All about Lasagna with Mamma Marzia

In this class we will teach you how to make the ultimate Italian comfort food: Bolognese Lasagna. Together we will make Fresh Egg Pasta, Ragu’ Bolognese (Meat sauce), and Beschamel sauce. We will share Family traditions, stories, and secrets and create a delicious meal together using recipes passed down through generations.
