Sleight of Hand Cellars, along with our friends from The Touring Fan Live, are excited to be bringing Washed In Black back to the SOFH SODO space on the in-between day of the Pearl Jam Home Shows! On the evening of Wednesday, May 29th, Washed in Black will perform Pearl Jam’s infamous 1992 MTV "Unplugged" set in its entirety, as well as unearthing a bunch of rarities and seldom played songs for a very lucky crowd of only 150 people. This show is a fundraiser for SMASH Seattle, an amazing organization helping musicians in and around the Seattle area by providing access to free and low-cost healthcare services, as well as support for navigating the complicating and frustrating healthcare system.

Along with the concert in the evening, Sleight of Hand Cellars will be open from 11am-5pm on that same day (Wednesday) with an incredible photo exhibit from Karen Mason Blair (first photos of Pearl Jam at the Off Ramp), Jim Bennett (Home Shows 2018 photographer), as well as a concert poster exhibit by Justin Hampton. All artists will be on hand to talk about their works as well as offer prints for sale of some very cool Pearl Jam and Pearl Jam related items. That day, as well as on Thursday and through the weekend, a portion of all sales of prints/posters will go towards SMASH and The Vitalogy Foundation.

To top the day off, we will have some incredible auction items available for you to bid on, including one of the HOME SHOWS Wine Box Sets that were sold during the 2018 Home Shows. Sleight of Hand was a partner in the creation of these wines, and they sold out in less than 15 minutes! A very coveted item indeed! We’ll have a host of other Pearl Jam related items up for bid so remember to bring your wallet and generous giving spirit as we all team up to raise some funds for SMASH! If you can’t make the event, you’ll still be able to bid on some of the items, we’ll be posting a link in a couple of weeks! We can’t wait to see you for an epic week of live music and giving!
