In these times we need to reconnect back into our body and community, this event invites you to start your Saturday morning off with a reset, a sense of renewal with somatic breathwork, somatic movement, dance, and human connection with a cellphone free lunch (lunch not included in ticket price) A la cart - Milk District offers an amazing food options by local food trucks and has a great selection of beers on tap.
