Turn Up Dance with Brooke & Jennifer!

A Turn Up Dance Fitness class is a high-energy, fun-filled dance workout incorporating mostly Hip-Hop, R&B, and pop music. Turn Up incorporates Work, Shake, Flex, and Slay, focusing on cardio, rhythm, and self-expression through easy-to-follow moves that feel more like a party than a workout. It’s all about confidence, freedom, and good vibes—no perfection required, just movement, sweat, and fun. All you need is your body, some water and a towel 💦😅

When: Saturday, January 24th

Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure spot on the floor
