Peer Guidance and Align Your Mind will host an Align Your Mind: Psychology & Entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship demands peak mental acuity, mental strategies, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure in stressful environments while maintaining integrity and achieving goals.

In sports, to win championships, we first must become champions of ourselves. The Business world is much the same. Every individual must champion their mind, body and craft before the team can achieve goals consistently and create a high-performance culture. The frameworks and approaches used to optimize the mental performance of athletes, coaches, and teams translate seamlessly into the Business world, where the same principles of performance, mental preparation, thought/emotional management and recovery can also drive success for Corporate athletes.

This workshop is uniquely designed to equip you with the tools to be your best self at any moment. It will help you develop strategic mindsets, strengthen your mental foundation, establish performance frameworks, and be passionate about winning the day—every day!

All attendees wil have access to a 30-minute meeting with Peer Guidance and Align Your Mind.
