Aligned Inner Wisdom is a monthly meditation class (days/times might vary) with Nikki Allen. These classes will be designed to attune us to the rhythms of nature. Step into the energy of the new lunar year with a guided meditation designed to activate your life force, ground your nervous system, and reconnect you to your body’s inner wisdom. Through breath, gentle movement, and visualization, you’ll shift from overthinking into embodied trust, awakening the instinct, courage, and steady inner fire that support aligned forward motion.
This is a practice of listening through sensation, rooting fire in the heart, and taking your next step from truth rather than pressure.
