Aligned Inner Wisdom is a monthly meditation class (days/times might vary) with Nikki Allen. These classes will be designed to attune us to the rhythms of nature. Each gathering will bring awareness to the turning of the seasons and the shifts in the stars, guiding us into presence, reflection, and alignment with the cycles that shape our lives.December's Class: Serenity of the Season
Step out of the rush and into a sanctuary of stillness. This December meditation is designed to help you soften, settle, and reconnect with the quiet center within. Through gentle guidance, intentional breath, and a spacious inner journey, we’ll invoke deep relaxation, serene presence, and a sense of blissful calm.
In the midst of the giving season where schedules overflow and energy runs high, this practice offers a much-needed pause. A moment to rest, to receive, and to remember your own inner light. Allow yourself to be held in comfort, wrapped in peace, and restored from the inside out.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and beautifully spacious.
