DARKK YOGA: WINTER SOLSTICE EDITIONNear the longest night of the year, we gather in sacred shadow.
The Winter Solstice marks a turning point, a descent into deep stillness before the slow return of the sun. In this Darkk Yoga experience, Monica Ingram will help you move with intention into the spaces we often avoid: the hidden, the quiet, the powerful within.
Through primal breathwork, somatic shadow movement, and guided meditation, we will explore:
- Release of stagnant energy held in the body
- Transmutation of suppressed emotion into strength
- Ritual connection with the dark feminine/masculine
- A symbolic awakening of the inner light
