Marie Waterfront where we will raise awareness for Mental Health. This event is a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your community through yoga and sound healing. Let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in a blissful session of yoga followed by a soothing sound bath. Come align your mind, body, and spirit with love in this unique gathering of like-minded individuals. We can't wait to see you there! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Canadian Mental Health. Please bring your own yoga mat & any props you wish to use.
