✨ A Sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses cound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body, and soul. It is a time for stillness and further reflection and meditation on our lives. What do you want to call in or let go of for this Sound Bath?
🤍 Our teacher Julie uses a full set of Chakra Singing Crystal Bowls and Reiki to lead you on a journey of sound meditation. Sound can clear blockages and helps the body and mind to unwind. Sound vibration can help facilitate warm healing energy to flow within the body.
💫 Come join us and set some positive intentions, meet new friends or just relax, meditate, and take some time out for yourself.
