A few months ago, we experienced the unexpected loss of a rising star in the commercial real estate industry. In his short but impactful career, Ali Semir made his presence known to countless colleagues and professionals—lenders, owners, engineers, appraisers, bankers, insurance agents, brokers, and property managers alike.

For most people’s first impression, Ali stood out as an extrovert with immense ambition. It did not take long for us to know him not just as a colleague, but as a friend. His energy, drive, and warmth left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of spending time with him.

We invite you to join us as we take the time to celebrate the life of a man who inspired and connected so many. Together, we will honor his memory, share stories, and reflect on the legacy he leaves behind.
