Alchemy of the Elements: Earth— Root & Restore

Join us for the first journey in the Alchemy of the Elements sound bath series, a four-part exploration inspired by the wisdom and healing qualities of the natural elements.

This month’s focus is Earth—the element of grounding, stability, nourishment, and connection. Through guided meditation, Reiki, and the restorative vibrations of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a deep sense of support and balance.

Held in the beautiful sanctuary of Sacred Sound of the Soul, a Crystal Tones temple, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to experience the transformative frequencies of crystal alchemy bowls. These extraordinary instruments are infused with a variety of crystals, precious metals, gemstones, and earth elements, each contributing its own unique energetic qualities and resonance.

We will begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation designed to help you root into the present moment. As you relax into the sounds and vibrations of the bowls, Reiki energy will be offered to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

Whether you are new to sound healing or a regular practitioner, this journey is an invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect with your foundation.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported during the experience.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in before we begin.

Come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to be held by the grounding energy of the Earth.

Marianna of Mystic Align is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, and nurse of 29 years. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
