Alchemy of Love is a slow, nourishing Yin Yoga and Ceremonial Cacao experience designed to help you soften your edges, release emotional tension, and reconnect with love as a living, embodied energy.Alchemy of Love begins by drinking ceremonial cacao—an ancient ceremonial elixir known for gently opening the heart and deepening awareness. As its warmth moves through the body, you’ll be guided to set an intention around love: self-love, compassion, forgiveness, or devotion. This ritual creates a sacred container for slowing down and listening inward.
From there, you will be guided into the deeper Yin poses. Long-held, supported postures invite the body to relax while subtly stimulating the heart, lung meridians. This practice is not about effort or flexibility, but about feeling—allowing sensations, emotions, and insights to arise and dissolve in their own time. Gentle cues and spacious silence support a meditative state where transformation happens quietly, from the inside out.
