Journey to Self is for women who want to discover a deeper sense of themselves. We explore this journey with shadow work, forgiveness, nourishment, and replenishment over the course of 6 weeks. You will learn techniques to empower yourself along the way; including (not limited too) Energy Medicine, meditation, journaling, Chinese medicine, EFT, essential oils, and reiki. Series includes: 15 hours of coaching and all tools needed to discover the Worthy and Powerful YOU. The journey is always easier with a companion to help guide you.Space limited for maximum growth of Self.
This course begins on Monday January 19th during the deepest Yin energy of the winter for natural reflection and stirring strength.
We meet every Monday in person for 6 weeks using the momentum to discover and heal. You will step into spring stronger in sense of self and stand in your powerful truth to allow a foundation of acceptance.
Each week has a new focus where you intentionally discover new layers of you, your truth, your purpose. You will be supplied with the tools and skills to complete each week in success.
